Today, Netflix has officially announced the premiere date for Season 2 of Sweet Tooth Which will be available online on April 27th.
The network also shared a set of photos from the new season that show Joss/Christian Convery along with his hybrid squad as they deal with the challenges of General Abbott/Neil Sandilands Prison.
Netflix also revealed the official plot for the new season:
In an effort to consolidate his power by finding a cure, Abbott uses children as a guinea pig for a captive Dr. Aditya Singh/Adeel Akhtar who races to rescue his injured wife, Rani/Aliza Vellani. In order to protect his friends, Joss agrees to help Dr. Singh, embarking on a dark journey into his origins and the role of his mother, Birdie/Amy Simitz. in events.
