Quentin Tarantino’s latest movie revealed in a new report


We finally got our first details on Quentin Tarantino’s latest movie, according to reports. A new report from THR The film will be titled The Movie Critic, and Tarantino has already written the script, and plans to direct the film next fall.

Sources also revealed to THR that this will officially be his last movie, and that it will focus on a woman in late 70s Los Angeles. There is currently no specific studio to finance and distribute, but it may be released to buyers as early as this week.

IGN has reached out to Tarantino’s representatives for comment. Rumors have been circulating about what will be Tarantino’s final project as a director for years now, but there is good reason to believe that this will be the aforementioned last.

The formerly famous director, who is behind films like Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Inglourious Basterds and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, has said repeatedly that his tenth film will be his last, and although he has already made ten films as of 2019, he is considered Kill Bill Part 1 and 2 are one movie. So according to Tarantino’s calculations, this will be his tenth film.

He reconfirmed that his next film will be his last as recently as last year, he told Shabak CNN: “I’ve been doing this business for a long time, I’ve been doing it for 30 years. It’s time to end the show.”

Tarantino’s first film was Reservoir Dogs in 1992, and he has gone on to become one of the most influential modern film directors. His latest film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, was nominated for ten Academy Awards and won two of them.
