Konami explains the reason for Metal Gear Solid 3’s Δ premium code
Yesterday, after a lot of waiting and rumors circulating here and there, Konami came out to us and officially announced the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake, which comes under the title Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater and bears the delta logo as you can see. And here is Konami explaining to us and explaining the reason for the presence of the Δ symbol in the title of the expected remake.
As Konami stated through the official Metal Gear Solid series account on Twitter, that the delta symbol Δ represents the principle of reformulating the game and it symbolizes change, but without changing the structure of the game.
The delta symbol Δ is a symbol from the Greek alphabet that is often used today to indicate a state of change, particularly in scientific fields, for example a lowercase version of the symbol could indicate a change in molecular chemistry while a change in the speed of a space rocket is measured with delta v symbol Δv.
In the case of the remake, Konami used the delta symbol to denote changes made to the original Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater by Hideo Kojima, which was first released on PlayStation 2 in 2004. It was not disclosed. We have not yet announced the changes that the remake will witness, but Konami promised that the remake will offer unprecedented graphics and distinctive sound, and it will also feature an advanced gameplay with a smooth experience.
Konami also promised fans of the series that the remake, whose release date has not yet been revealed, will maintain the identity and structure of the original game in terms of story and game design.
It is reported that a collection of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection, which will be presented to the first three parts of the series on the PS5 platform, was also revealed this fall.
