Heart of Chornobyl shares a bunch of new photos
While everyone is waiting for the official release date to be revealed, GSC Game World studio decided to share with us a set of new images of the survival game STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
Pictures come from WiredAs we know, the studio, based in Ukraine, paused development of STALKER 2 in March of last year when Russian forces invaded the country in a still-flag conflict. Development on the shooter resumed at a later date, with part of the GSC Game World studio moving to Prague.
STALKER 2 was the first game officially delayed in 2022, developer GSC Game World said “These seven additional months of development are necessary to achieve our vision and achieve the desired state of the game. STALKER 2 is the largest project in GSC’s history, and requires extensive testing and refinement. We are convinced That development should take the necessary time, especially in the case of a project like this.”
Surprisingly, this statement came after the game was postponed from April to December 2022, and this date was postponed again to the first half of 2023 due to the circumstances resulting from the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and we are still waiting for the final release date until now.
