Angela Bassett has been candid about her children’s future goals and whether she would support them if they chose acting.
Talk with People, at the 2023 BAFTA Tea Party on Saturday, Jan. 15, Angela Basset opened up about what it would be like if her two children, fraternal twins Bronwyn Golden Vance and 16-year-old Slater Josiah Vance, made it into Hollywood.
Bassett said, “They want to follow success, but whether it’s acting, I have no idea about that right now,” Bassett said of their interests. “It’s a bit of music, a bit of sport. But whatever they want to do, I support them.”
Basset won her second Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Drama on Tuesday, January 10.
