“Not ready but I’m just really excited to start working on it. [season five] because after I finished watching season four, I was like, ‘Damn, let’s go back and film now,’ he said in an interview with Uproxx.
Finn continued, “I just want to help end it, but not the way I want to end it. It’s like I want to know what’s going on. I’m really sad about this, but also, I know this is the next kind of chapter in everyone’s life that has to happen.
According to reports, writing began on Stranger Things 5, which is expected to begin filming this year.
Finn added: “For me, if stranger things lasted more than five, I would say that would be ridiculous. I think the Duffer brothers came up with, I guess, a perfect ending in five. We didn’t even know if we would do two. So we’re glad people are still around and want to watch it. But yeah, I’m excited.
“Four was huge, but I think I’d like to see the fifth season build more on the dynamic of the first season, and kind of be a little bit more contained, but also still huge. Hopefully we get in some sort of ending for each character that’s satisfying enough for the fans.”
stranger things four seasons are available to stream on Netflix.
