Queen Elizabeth II is accused of living in a “bubble” by Prince Harry.
Commenting on his family’s ignorance around the brutal media attacks on Meghan Markle, Harry recalls some of the most prominent malicious plays against Meghan.
He writes, “Were they so deep inside a bubble inside a bubble that they really didn’t fully understand how bad things were? For example, Tatler magazine quoting an old Etonian saying that I married Meg because “outsiders” like her are “easier” than girls “with the right background”. Or the Daily Mail saying Meg was ‘upwardly mobile’, because she had gone ‘from slavery to royalty’ in just 150 years.”
