Prince Harry slammed for ‘playing in Iran’s propaganda machine’
Prince Harry has come under fire after confessing to killing the Taliban and his remarks were used by Iran to defend the hanging of a British-Iranian citizen.
The UK slammed Iran for executing Alireza Akbari over the weekend while Tehran applauded that Britain was “not in a position to preach” on human rights.
A commander said the Duke of Sussex had ‘made’ himself a ‘tool for the regime in Tehran’, while a colonel said the father-of-two should take responsibility for allowing Iran to use his comments for brutal action.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry tweeted: “The British regime, including a royal family member, regards the killing of 25 innocent people as the removal of chess pieces and has no regrets about it, and those who shut down eyes on a war crime, are in no position to preach to others about human rights.
