Prince Harry says ‘beautiful’ sport Rugby ‘indulges in inner rage’
Prince Harry reveals his favorite sport, which he always practiced at school.
In his memoir ‘Spare’, the Duke of Sussex writes how he settled into his new school, Eton, finding his footing in dry sports, particularly rugby.
He writes: “I practiced all dry sports, although rugby won my heart. Nice game, plus a good excuse to come up against some really hard stuff. Rugby let me quench my rage, which some now called ‘red fog’.
He adds: “Also, I just didn’t feel the pain like the other boys, which scared me on a pitch. No one had an answer for a boy who was actually looking for external pain to match his internal pain.
Harry’s memoirs are now on store shelves.
