Netflix is set to pay big bucks, up to $385,000 a year, to hire a flight attendant for one of its private jets.

According to BBCthe streaming giant is looking for candidates with “independent judgement, discretion and exceptional customer service skills”.

The company also added that it determines an employee’s salary taking into account conditions, including “compensation factors” such as background, experience and skills.

The work location is located in San Jose, CA, which requires travel within and outside the United States.

“The Netflix Aviation department provides exceptional, safe and confidential air travel,” he said.
