Meghan Markle’s former collaborator opens up about her partnership with Duchess
Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle, who is set to bring back her lifestyle blog The Tig, has been described as a “gracious” and “genuine” boss by a former aide.
Rachel Humphrey, known as Meghan’s former collaborator, has broken her silence on the experience of working with the former ‘Suits’ star.
Harry’s sweetheart has always “represented what she’s passionate about” and only chose brands that matched her values, according to a branding expert and former Meghan collaborator.
Humphrey teamed up with Meghan in 2015 through beauty subscription service Bichbox and said The Tig 2.0 would be “a reflection of her taste and intelligence”.
Reflecting on her association with the former actress, Rachel said: “It was a short, limited partnership, but Meghan was so kind and happy to talk about the partnership for many months.”
“She went above and beyond creating amazing content for us and did video content and more. She also picked all the brands she really liked in the box, so it was really authentic,” said she added.
Rachel said The Tig has always represented what “Meghan was passionate about” and believes she will recreate that with Tig 2.0. She believes the website will focus on things “that bring her joy” and will also be a space to “educate on issues of humanity”.
“She has the ability to work really strategically and genuinely with brands that she really loves. She could have her pick of brands that really align with her values,” Rachel told Express UK.
Meghan, according to reports, has received formal preliminary approval to relaunch her website which she shut down after getting engaged to Prince Harry in 2017.
