Matty Haely’s mum Denise Welch admits she asks her girlfriends if they want to have kids
Denise Welch, mother of 1975 frontman Matty Healy, admitted she asked her girlfriends if they wanted to have kids.
On Wednesday, January 25, Denise Welch, who is a former Coronation Street star, spoke on The Loose Women of ITV on the question of asking couples to have children.
She said she likes to ask her son’s partners and thinks it’s “fundamental”.
According to daily mail, the 64-year-old said: ‘If Matty had a stable girlfriend, I would like to ask if she would be someone who wanted to start a family.’
She continued, “Because I watch a lot of crap reality TV, but one of the [similarities] is the number of people on these shows (like 90 Day Fiancé and all that stuff I like to watch) is they get married without really securing the conversation about having kids. And that’s fundamental.”
The Loose Women The co-host shares 1975 musician, 33, and actor Louis, 22, with ex-husband and Benidorm star Tim Healy.
Matty Healy is secretly dating a Canadian model and influencer, following his split from FKA Twigs.
