Madonna adds two more London shows on her 40th anniversary world tour
Madonna will now play four shows in London on her 40th anniversary world tour due to “overwhelming” demand for tickets.
The Queen of Pop, 64, who was only supposed to perform one show in London on her long-awaited tour, first announced that she was adding a second date at London’s O2 Arena.
Madonna’s announcement came after seats for the show went on sale on Friday and fans have complained of jostling for tickets.
The materialistic girl has now announced that a third and fourth show will be presented at the 20,000 capacity venue, where she is scheduled to appear on October 14, 15, 17 and 18.
Madonna added, “I’m excited to explore as many songs as possible in hopes of giving my fans the show they’ve been waiting for.”
Madonna: The Celebration Tour will take fans on her artistic journey through four decades of music.
Madonna is set to perform her shows in 35 cities, with concerts beginning in Canada on July 15 and continuing across North America.
