Lisa Marie Presley was writing a memoir on Elvis, Michael Jackson before he died
Lisa Marie Presley was working on a tell-all memoir that was to reveal details about her father Elvis Presley and ex-husband Michael Jackson in the months before he reportedly died.
Presley, who died on January 12 at age 54, had signed the book deal with Gallery Books in 2019. According to a report by RadarOnlinethe deal was worth between $3 million and $4 million, with her receiving at least $1 million upfront.
A source told Page Six that the bombshell’s memoir “promises shocking revelations about Michael Jackson and a whole new understanding of Elvis.”
Presley and Jackson were married from 1994 to 1996.
Meanwhile, the current status of the book and Presley’s progress in writing before his death are not yet known.
Presley died in hospital after going into complete cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California. She was Elvis’ only child and heiress.
