Kate Middleton has admitted the media is spreading false rumors about her split from Meghan Markle.
In an apology during a private meeting at Nottingham Cottage, the Princess of Wales ‘admitted’ she was the one who brought the ‘Suits’ star to tears.
Writing about the incident, Prince Harry writes in his memoir: “We all got together in our little annex before, and this time there was no chatter: Kate got things moving right away recognizing that those stories in the papers about Meg making her cry were totally untrue. I know, Meghan, it was me who made you cry. I sighed.
Harry continues: “Great start, I think. Meg appreciated the apology, but wanted to know why the papers said that, and what was being done to correct it? In other words: why isn’t your office defending me? Why didn’t they phone that awful woman who wrote that story and ask for a retraction?
