Hugh Jackman Will Return to Wolverine Form in ‘Six Months’ for ‘Deadpool 3’
Hugh Jackman has shared how long it will take to prepare to get back into Wolverine form for Dead Pool 3.
Hugh Jackman is set to reprise his role as Wolverine for the tenth time for the upcoming film.
The Oscar nominee has appeared on CNN and HBO Max’s Who talks to Chris Wallace, according to People January 8.
“I learned that you can’t rush. I learned that it takes time,” he explained. “So we have six months from when I finished [Broadway’s The Music Man] when I started filming. And I don’t do any other work. I will be with my family and train. It’s going to be my job for six months.”
The 54-year-old added: “And I’m in really good shape right now. There’s one thing about eight shows a week on Broadway to sing and dance about is that I’m in good shape. So, I’m healthy. I have a good place to start. And sorry, chickens. Run a mile. Start running now because I’m coming for you.
Jackman has played the popular Marvel comic book character in ten films, with the next being his last.
