HC gave suggestion to Nawaz and Aaliya, said- Resolve the quarrel together for the sake of the children

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s name has been in headlines for the past several days. The actor continues to be a part of the discussion about his personal life. The HC suggested both of them to try to settle the dispute for the sake of their two children.
In fact, Nawazuddin Siddiqui had filed a Habeas Corpus petition in the court demanding to know the place of residence of his two minor children. Nawaz has two children, a 12 year old daughter and a 7 year old son. Both the children are in Aaliya’s custody.
At the same time, now Justice AS Gadkari and PD Naik have advised Nawaz and his wife Aaliya to talk among themselves in this matter. Court has suggested them to solve their issues comfortably. Justice AS Gadkari and PD Naik have said that Nawazuddin Siddiqui is worried about his children and their education. Talk with each other, as well as settle the series of meetings and communication between father and children. If it works then it is good.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s lawyer told the court that being a father, Nawaz does not know the whereabouts of his children, the actor is unaware of the whereabouts of his children. The lawyer further said that Nawaz felt that his children were in Dubai. But he received a mail from the school, in which the children have been warned to be expelled from the school. It is also written in the mail that their children have not reached school for a long time.
However, on this matter, Alia says that her children want to stay with her. He does not want to go back to Dubai. Aaliya’s lawyer told the court that the children want to pursue their studies by staying in India with their mother.
