Ezra Miller fined $500 and faces 12 months probation after breaking into home last year
Ezra Miller pleaded guilty to trespassing and stealing liquor from a Vermont neighbor and faced 12 months probation as well as a $500 fine, as reported FoxNews.
Ezra was charged with trespassing and theft from a neighbor’s home last year to which he pleaded guilty on Friday to avoid a three-month prison sentence on a misdemeanor charge of unlawful trespassing.
Ezra’s attorney, Lisa Shelkrot, sent a statement on his behalf that read, “Ezra would like to thank the court and the community for their trust and patience throughout this process, and again would like to acknowledge the love and support they have received from family and friends, who continue to be a vital presence in their ongoing mental health.”
Ezra had pleaded not guilty to stealing alcohol from his neighbor last October and was charged after police viewed surveillance footage and interviewed witnesses. Ezra was also arrested twice last year in Hawaii, including for disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar.
