Euphoria Star Maude Apatow Will Venture Off-Broadway in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’
Maude Apatow will begin an Off-Broadway adventure in a live production, Little Shop of Horrors, after his feature film in an imaginary play in Euphoria.
According to People, Maude Apatow will appear in the production from February 7 to April 2. The actress will star as Audrey in the Off-Broadway revival of Little Shop of Horrors.
Little Shop of Horrors’ Director Michael Mayer said in a press release, “I have long admired Maude’s emotional intelligence and vulnerability in television and film. She naturally suits Audrey.”
“It thrilled me to learn that as a child, Little Shop was his gateway to his lifelong love for the stage, and that this show becomes his professional stage debut,” Mayer said. “We are thrilled to have her a part of the Little Shop legacy.”
Apatow is known for her role as Lexi Howard in the HBO drama Euphoria. She also starred in Hollywood, Girls and the movie The King of Staten Island.
