End of “Riverdale” after a highly anticipated seventh season in the spring: Find out the dates

Riverdale bids farewell after successfully running for more than five years as CW announced the premiere and finale dates for the seventh and final season, which will be released in the spring.

According to Daily Mail January 14 report, CW announced that Riverdale, which debuted in 2017, will return to The CW on Wednesday, March 29 at 9 p.m. for the final time.

The show’s final episode, based on the Archie comics, will air on Wednesday, August 23, according to Deadline.

Executive producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa teased the behind-the-scenes content. In the snaps shared in October 2022, Lili Reinhart, who plays Betty Cooper, and Vanessa Morgan, who plays Tori Topaz were in full costume.

The caption read, “Every ending has a beginning. Filming for Season 7 of #Riverdale began today. With these two beautiful dreamers leading the charge into the dark heartland of the 1950s.”

Camila Mendes, Lili Reinhart and KJ Apa are also returning as series regulars.
