Director Vivek Agnihotri tweeted, “The Kashmir Files is re-releasing on January 19, ‘The Kashmiri Hindu Genocide Day’. This is the first time that a film is being re-released in a year. If you haven’t seen it on the big screen, book your tickets now.”

The Kashmir Files made huge money

The Kashmir Files earned a bumper in theatres. The film was made in a budget of only 15 crores and it earned a whopping amount of 252 crores. There was also a lot of controversy regarding the film. However, the more the controversy, the more the film’s earnings went on increasing. It also made many records of earning at the box office. Now it has to be seen how people react to its re-release.

Anupam Kher was seen in an important role in The Kashmir Files. Apart from them, actors like Mithun Chakraborty, Darshan Kumar, Pallavi Joshi, Mrinal Kulkarni, Chinmay Mandlekar were seen in the film. The film was produced by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and Zee Studios.
